I believe that you are the expert of your life. I am here to help guide you through your journey. I follow a client-centered, compassionate, solution-focused, mindfulness-based approach. I want you to feel seen and heard as you take the step towards your goals and wellness. Together we can look at the issues you are facing and find ways for you to heal and move forward with hope, clarity, confidence and a sense of peace.
